DETAILS – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure, a company focused on the management of tourism assets and part of Arrow Global Portugal, has established a strategic partnership with Builtrix, a leading platform in energy consumption monitoring and analysis. This collaboration aims to strengthen DETAILS’ commitment to sustainability and accelerate its path toward decarbonization.
The collaboration extends to the Dom Pedro hotels in Vilamoura and Lagos, as well as the Vilamoura Golf courses — including the iconic Old Course, the second oldest in Algarve. This initiative marks a concrete step in DETAILS’ long-term strategy to lead the sustainable transformation of the tourism and leisure sector.
Through Builtrix’s technology, more than 200 smart meters are now collecting data directly from the existing electricity, water, and gas systems across the assets managed by DETAILS. This data is transmitted to a digital platform, enabling continuous, detailed, and reliable consumption analysis. The approach supports compliance with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards, enhances operational efficiency, and allows for the creation of more comprehensive and accurate sustainability reports.
